NCF is now creating various specializations of conservation K9s.

Please feel free to contact us to develop mission specific trainings.

ALL CLASSES INCLUDE:

  • One-on-one training with SOS Robert Noziska in a small class setting of usually four students.

  • Appropriate classroom learning opportunities.

  • Extensive and individual problem solving for canines and handlers alike. SOS Noziska’s gift is in quickly identifying potential issues and creating a plan to correct the issue in real time.

PRICING / ACCOMMODATIONS / KENNELING

Perseverance Ranch: 12305 Montes Road, La Mesa, New Mexico 88044

  • For students training at Perseverance Ranch we offer free lodging for the duration of the class. This includes the night before classes begin and the final night of class. This is limited to the first four participants. Additional students may arrange to camp or park an RV on the property.

  • Course fees at Perseverance Ranch are $440 per day plus tax.

  • Students are welcome to bring more than one canine for an additional $440 per day of class per additional canine.

  • 6.75% New Mexico sales tax added to all classes.

La Migra Ranch: 34357 Highway 18, Burke, South Dakota 57523

  • For the moment, La Migra Ranch does not offer housing. Students will have to arrange their own accommodations for themselves and their canines.

  • Course fees at La Migra Ranch are being offered at an introductory price of $413 per day plus tax.

  • Students are welcome to bring more than one canine for an additional $413 per day of class per additional canine.

  • 4.5% South Dakota sales tax added to all classes.

“On the road trainings:” Team Trainings held off-site (locations other than an NCF facility).

  • Training days $1280 per day plus expenses 

  • Travel days $150 per day plus expenses.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made eleven or more days before the scheduled start of a class or certification workshop will receive full credit only toward future classes or workshops at NCF.
Cancellations made ten or fewer days before the scheduled start of a class or certification workshop will receive no refund.

HRD Overview

This four day class is designed to provide students with a solid overview of both the theoretical basis and practical application of HRD work in a a variety of working environments.

We will examine fundamental issues such as odor recognition and final response.

Fieldwork will cover environments such as buried, shoreline, vehicles, residential, open field and warehouse search.

This 2 day course will focus on basics such as sit indication, issues related to the canine's odor recognition of buried source, progressing into buried work and cleaning up the final response.
